Processing

Our main processing plant is located 97 kilometres north of Melbourne at Seymour. This major town is nestled in the famous Goulburn Valley at the base of the Tallarook ranges. The plant began operation in 1998, servicing both export and domestic markets. It employs more than 150 people, and includes a fully integrated beef processing facility with a capacity of approximately 500 head of cattle per day. After processing our beef is subject to all-important aging process to ensure the highest quality possible is delivered to customers locally and worldwide.
